It’s hard to believe that less than three weeks ago, our lawns were brown! The rain this coming week will only continue to green up the lawns and coax the flowers to bloom. The only down side…inside recess!
Our fifth graders kicked off M-STEP testing last week and they made us very proud. The tests take a great deal of focus. As a school community, we are working well as a team to keep the hallways quiet and adjust our schedule as necessary for the tests. This week the fifth graders test on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (*NOTE…this is a change.)
The Annual Art Show is this week. Georgetown’s showcase evening is on Thursday. This event is held at City Hall and it is AMAZING to see the work of student artists, PK-12.
