It’s true…summer is coming to end. You can see it at the store (rows of back to school supplies) and in your social media stream. Facebook, twitter, instagram – all filled with final summer vacation photos and back to school shopping journeys. You can hear it on the radio…and in the endless questions your child might be asking about school supplies, how many days until the first day and who’s in my class?
We have been busy preparing the classrooms and the school hallways for your return. Open Houses are this week — spread over two days.
- Kindergarten: Monday, August 29 from 6:30-7:30 pm
- Grades 1-5: Tuesday, August 30 from 6:30-7:30 pm
This is a time for you to meet your child’s teacher, walk through the classrooms. On Tuesday night (Gr 1-5), you can also visit ART, MUSIC, PE and our new STEAM STUDIO.
PLEASE bring $1.00 for each child to donate to our POPCORN FUND. This 
fund is handled by our PTC and it allows us to serve popcorn to every child one Friday a month during the year. A group of amazing volunteers do the popping, bagging and delivering. Your donations allows us to make this available to ALL CHILDREN!
