Week 19: January 16-20, 2017

Welcome to crazy, unpredictable January weather.  In addition to the temperatures ranging from below zero to mid 40’s, we have many types of viruses in the building.

Some winter tips:

  1. Send your child with outdoor clothing everyday.  It is our goal to get the students outside when it is above zero and not raining.  Fresh air and movement is essential!
  2. Write your last name on the tag of snow pants and jackets…and sweatshirts.  Your last name will help us to get lost items back to your child.
  3. If your child is sick (vomit, fever, diarrhea), keep your child home for 24 hours after the symptoms stop.  This helps prevent these viruses from spreading.  We also work hard on our end to keep surfaces as clean as possible.

Thank you so much for your support with this weather and these viruses.

Finally,  the minutes from our December Parent Club Meeting can be found here :  PTC Minutes

Have a wonderful week!
