I want to thank all parents for attending Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences. We had 95% attendance over three evenings. Teachers are connecting with all parents who did not attend through extra conference periods that will be held before and after school in the next two weeks. Connecting with parents is one of our key and critical roles as educators. Parents are the best advocates for their children and we value your feedback. Parents help us to grow as teachers — a strong parent/teacher/child relationship results in a strong school community.
Monday is the first day of SPRING (thank goodness) and for those 
counting, there are just 9 school days until Spring Break. First day of vacation is Friday, March 31. Vacation ends on April 9 with school resuming on Monday, April 10.
A snapshot of our week is below. We resume our WORD OF THE WEEK, hold a spring PTC meeting and look forward to the PTC sponsored Mother/Son event on Saturday.
