Tomorrow is our SUPER HERO WALKATHON! Wear your superhero gear 
and be ready to walk.
Due to the heat, I am asking parents to send an extra water bottle (if possible) — and if your child has a heavy weight costume superhero costume to wear, send a send of extra shorts or shirt for your child to change into after the walk.
We are also going to walk in the morning — coolest time of day — and tell students to WALK NOT RUN. Our goal is going to be having fun and AVOIDING HEAT related illnesses.
