Welcome…Molly Jean Boes!

Molly JeanOur pre-kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Boes had a baby girl today at 12:29.   Her name is Molly Jean and she weighted in at 6lbs 14 oz and is 19 inches long.

We are so happy to hear about Molly’s arrival and are so happy that she made her debut AFTER the ice storm!

Earlier this year, we welcomed Mrs. VanderPloeg, one of our ECSE teachers, baby girl Briana.  Mr. Rob, our head custodian, became a daddy to  Madisson Thurkettle.

Mrs. VanderPloeg and Her Baby Girl

Mrs. VanderPloeg, one of our ECSE teachers, had a baby girl in January.  Briana is beautiful and enjoying her time at home with her two older brothers.  Here are photos of the happy mom and baby!

If you have been following the 2010-11 Georgetown Staff babies, in December we welcomed Madisson Thurkettle.   We are anticipating the arrival of Mrs. Boes’ baby in late February, early March and Mrs. Iwema’s baby in June!

Mr. Rob is a Daddy!

In early December, Mr. Rob and his wife became parents of a beautiful little girl named Madisson Rae Thurkettle.  She arrived one month early on December 7th, weighing 5lbs 12oz, 19 inches.

Below is a photo collage featuring Mr. Rob receiving gifts from the staff during “Mr. Rob’s Baby Shower” and a precious photo of Madisson with her mommy and daddy.

We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of two more staff babies:  Mrs. Boes (PK) and Mrs. VanderPloeg (ECSE).   We love watching our Georgetown family grow!

Another Georgetown Baby!

Mrs. Becky VanSomeren, the director of Early Childhood Daycare and Preschool (affectionately referred to as Eagle’s Nest) had her baby on June 1, 2010.  She and her husband welcome Alayna Grace into their family…and oh what a blessing Alayna is to them!Alayna Grace 6-1-10 124

Mrs. VanSomeren will be home with Alayna through the summer and return in the fall.  Alayna is the fourth staff baby that we have welcomed this year.  She joins Liam, Cameron and Amelia!

Welcome to Liam Reifschneider!

On January 10, 2010, Mrs. Reifschneider (aka Mrs. R) had her baby boy, Liam!  They are now Liam Ryan.home and doing very well.  Liam is being well taken care of by his older sisters who are providing lots of tender loving hugs and cuddles.  Miss Barbieri is serving as Mrs. R’s long term sub.

As spring approaches, we will keep you posted on the arrival of two more babiesMrs. Kok and Mrs. Stadt’s.
