MARCO’S PIZZA NIGHT

Hey there Georgetown Families!

Would you like to earn money for Georgetown Elementary while enjoying dinner with your family??!!  TONIGHT is MARCO’S PIZZA NIGHT for our school.  Take a night off from cooking dinner and order pizza!  A portion of tonight’s sales from Georgetown families will be donated back to our school.  What an easy way to earn money for our school!

When ordering, DO NOT forget to mention a teacher’s name.  The class that raises the most money will earn a free Pizza Party Lunch for their classroom!

Who Won the Marco’s Pizza Night?

PizzaI will give you three guesses.

1.  The teacher’s name starts with the letter B.

2.  It is a fourth grade class.

3.  The teacher taught grade 2 and grade 3 at Georgetown.

YOU HAVE IT!  MR. BOWEN’s 4th GRADE CLASS!

They bought the most pizza’s for dinner on Wednesday, September 14.

Pizza lunch for you on Marco’s Pizza and our Parent Club.  Congratulations!

PIZZA FOR DINNER!

marcosDon’t forget it’s Georgetown Night at Marco’s Pizza tonight! The phone number is 669-4477 and they deliver. When you purchase dinner from Marco’s Pizza and tell them it’s for Georgetown Elementary, they will donate a portion of the sales back to our school! Also, if you tell them who your child’s teacher is, then you can help their class win a quarterly pizza party contest. It’s that easy! So make tonight your pizza night!

The money we raise through pizza nights and other events — like the Walk-A-Thon — helps to pay for classroom books, assemblies, field trips, gym/art/music supplies, and much more. Thanks for supporting Georgetown Elementary!

Marco’s Pizza Winners

marcosMany thanks to Marco’s Pizza for providing lunch to the following classrooms:  Mrs. Bouwens (5th), Mrs. Burdis (5th), Mrs. Bohl (K) and Mrs. VanderPloeg (ECSE).   These classrooms had the most families participate in Marco’s Pizza Nights.

Thank you to all the parents who support this event AND all of our PTC sponsored activities!  Thank you to Scott, the manager of Marcos for his incredible support of Georgetown.  We think you’re pretty great, Scott.
