I really can’t believe there are only 8.5 school days remaining of school. The weather has just gotten warm and we are still trying to learn how to play in warm weather on our playgrounds.
But it’s true…school is out on June 6 at 1 pm. The next eight and a half days are filled with the final units of study, assessments, project sharing, field trips, etc. Please be sure to keep up to date on your child’s class blog so that you don’t miss any events.
Many thanks to the PTC for sponsoring the SPRING CARNIVAL on Friday night. It was very well attended…and the weather was outstanding. I have a few photos below for you to enjoy.
Some of you may have heard about the mother duck (mallard) that is nesting on our playground. Karly Gort, a third grader, wrote a story about the duck for our blog. You can read her story here.
