The district’s Kindergarten Enrollment Meeting will be on 3/3/14 at 7 pm in all buildings. Georgetown’s session will be in the Multi-Purpose Room/Cafeteria.
This meeting is for PARENTS ONLY and will run from 7-7:30pm.
If you cannot attend, visit the tab above and print off the registration, look over the information and drop off your materials in the school office M-F from 9-3 pm. - Enrollment Forms Please fill out the forms below and return the completed information to your attendance area building. Bring the completed forms to the MARCH 3 meeting. If you are unsure of what building your child will attend, call Robin at 616-669-1740, ext. 1.
- Complete PK/K Registration Form * This form is a fill-in form. Please complete and print. It does not submit electronically.
- Provide a birth certificate (must be certified with a raised seal). We will make a copy of it for our records.
- Complete Health Appraisal Form which includes dates of immunizations and hearing and vision screening. This information must be completed no later than August 21, 2015.
- Completed Waiver Request for students with birth dates between September 2 – December 1, 2010.
- Complete the Internet Use Authorization Form *Please read Student Acceptable Use Policy prior to signing.
- Completed Equipment Use Authorization
- Completed Concussion Awareness Acknowledgement Form (only the 2nd page needs to be submitted.)

The Round Up meeting on 3/3/15 will address the following topics:
- PreK: All Day Every Day; Curriculum; Program Purpose
- K: All Day Every Day; Curriculum; Program Purpose
- Young 5′s: A Tuition Based half day PreK program held at the Early Childhood Center.
NOTE: If you child is currently attending a PK program with the Hudsonville Public Schools, you DO NOT need to complete registration paperwork for kindergarten. Your child will automatically be enrolled in kindergarten.
