We served as the launch site for the REMAX Balloon today. The visit was timed perfectly to match our fourth grade science air and matter unit of study. Our entire school watched the REMAX team unfold the balloon, fill it with cool air and then hot air. As the balloon filled, it rose and the basket lifted off the ground…with Mrs. Reagan inside. It was a short ride (7 feet up) which was just perfect for a very windy May day! Many thanks to Malachi Hollis for the great photos of this event.
