Happy Fourth of July!

july-newrevgroup2

The 4th of July is a national holiday that celebrates our independence from England, both during the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812. To learn more about the holiday (history and traditions), visit the links below.  Larry Ferlazzo, a teacher from California, shared these links on his outstanding blog–one of my favorites to follow.

Tomorrow is Tuesday, July 5 — and the library will be closed.  We will have Open Library on July 12, July 19.

Wishing all of you a happy Fourth of July weekend–

one that is filled with great times with friends and family!
