We are excited to welcome March this week. It brings us closer to spring and increasing minutes of 
daylight! March also means muddy playgrounds and occasional snow. Snow pants won’t be necessary most days, however, boots are strongly recommended.
This coming week we have our first event that prepares our 5th graders for their transition to middle school. On Thursday, all 5th graders in our district will travel to the high school to listen to members from each music program (orchestra, choir, band) explain the course with a short performance.
Soon our 5th graders will be learning about their course selections and walking over to Baldwin Middle for a tour of the campus. All these events will be shared on the 5th grade teacher blogs and BLOG BITS…as well as posted on the school calendar (to the right of this post).
