Throughout the summer, I have been encouraging students to keep their learning brains engaged by reading books and/or going online through Mobymax to practice math facts, reading and more.
We had over 200 students participate in summer learning. Many students who read also logged their words so they can become Georgetown Millionaires.
Mobymax Participation: 126 students earned over 22,730 learning points — spending more than 50,000 minutes learning online. Remember to get to Mobymax or any online learning platform, we now go through CLEVER.COM.
Reading Minutes Participation: 97 students read for 71,275 minutes during the months of June, July and August.
All students who participated in summer learning were entered into a drawing for an Amazon Gift Card. These gift cards are sponsored by our Parent Club — a group of parents that represents ALL PARENTS.
